1딸기 수출지원정책의 우선순위 분석 연구

This analysis prioritizes export support policies related to establishing an infrastructure for stable production of high-quality strawberries for export. Based on the results, it aims to suggest strawberry export support policies in response to the discontinuation of supporting export logistics costs in 2024. The survey using the AHP method was conducted for 14 strawberry producers and 12 policy consultants(agricultural researchers and rural extension specialists). As a result, the policy directions are prioritized in the following order, from highest to lowest9production of high-quality strawberries(39.9%), establishment of production infrastructure(38.6%), and strengthening of professional competency(21.5%). As for the export support policies are prioritized in the following order9introduction of production guarantee system(13.2%), quality management(13.0%), development of export varieties(11.8%), harvest and distribution facilities(11.0%), food safety control(10.2%), and provision of cultivation facilities(8.3%).

This study analyzed consumers' characteristics for health functional food intake. A consumer survey was conducted to look for various factors influencing the consumption of health functional food. Heckman selection model is used to control the sample selection bias. The probit model results show that women, married person, the smaller family members, and the higher income were more likely to purchase health functional food. In addition, the higher interest in health and family disease history, and the higher the number of visits to the hospital lead the consumption of health functional food. The Heckman model results show that women, higher age, higher income, higher interest in health and longer intake period induce the higher amount of health functional food. These results could be utilized for the efficiency and development of the health functional food industry.

In this work, the Contingent Valuation Method(CVM) was applied to analyze factors that affect chinese consumers' Willingness-to-Pay(WTP) for premium citron beverages (Oligo). The target areas for this study are Shanghai and Jangchun with a high preference for imported premium products. As function for WTP estimation, a log linear logit model was applied and compared the estimation results of the single bound dichotomous choice(SBDC) model and the double bound dichotomous choice(DBDC) model to confirm consistency of the DBDC response. In addition, we further analyzed the response results of open-ended questions and compared them with the WTP estimation data to find conclusive results. First, the values of the SBDC model(central data), DBDC model or open response were 46 yuan, 49 yuan(including those who refused payment), or 50 yuan, respectively. The estimation results showed that the central value of the DBDC model was higher than that of the SBDC model, indicating no WTP estimation of the DBDC model and similar value of pen response results. However, the Changchun area showed some differences from WTP estimates, with 26 yuan, 36 yuan, or 52 yuan from SBDC model, DBDC model, or open response. Second, it is necessary to develop a specific packaging design for young(30s) women as a market segmentation strategy for Korean premium yuza product(Oligo) in the Chinese consumer market. Regionally, Shanghai area needs to be positioned as a high-quality brand image, and Jangchun area requires a strategy to expand purchasing opportunity with a lower product price due to high purchasing rate of Korean beverages.

The primary purpose of this study is to present the importance and necessity of the environmentally-friendly fishery. We estimates the economic value by dividing the environmental conservation functions of environmentally-friendly fishery into maintaining bio-diversity, improving the quality of water, and reducing greenhouse gas. The estimations are implemented by contingent valuation method(CVM). The WTP is estimated to be 2,219 won for maintaining bio-diversity, 2,342 won for improving the quality of water, and 2,474 won for reducing the greenhouse gas. For the group of people who are well aware of these functions, the amount of WTP is estimated to be 400 to 1,200 won higher than the other group.

This study proposed an intervention ARIMA model as a method for price prediction, focusing on Korean beef and imported beef among livestock prices. In order to determine whether time series data from government policies, infectious diseases and economic shocks were affected, the Korea-US FTA, the Solicitation Ban Act, the adjustment of the 100,000won cap on agricultural futures, and the Corona 19 pandemic were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the Korea-US FTA, the Anti-Solicitation Act, the adjustment of the 100,000won cap for agricultural product futures, and the Corona 19 pandemic had a statistically significant effect, and in particular, it was found to have increased significantly after the Corona 19 pandemic occurred. This study analyzed the effect of intervention events on price time series and quantitatively analyzed the effect of multiple interventions on livestock product time series data. It can be used to predict the price of livestock products in the future and is expected to be useful for verifying the monthly average price forecast per kg.

The purpose of this study is to understand the needs for achievement, risk taking propensity, social competence, and self-efficacy of woman farmers, and to classify the types of woman farmers based these four personal characteristics. Also, we analyzed the demographic characteristics, motivations and achievement of online agricultural sales of each type. Using an online survey, a total 301 responses were collected from woman farmers with online agricultural products sales experience. The results of this study are as follows. First, as a result of cluster analysis, four groups were derived, and there were significant differences in the level of four personal characteristics. The demographic characteristics of the four groups also differed significantly. Second, the level of awareness of online sales motivation and achievement investigated significantly higher in Group 3. Also, the group 3 responsed the highest levels of “increased sales profit” and “increased overall sales” among the attributes of online sales effect. Based on these results, to expand online sales of woman farmers, it is important to consider both their farm environment and the characteristics of each individual.
