The purpose of this study was to examine the effect relation among service quality of golf resort, perceived value, satisfaction, and behavioral intention of Japanese golf tourist in Jeju Island. It was hypothesized that the service quality has a significant effect on perceived value, which in turn affects on satisfaction and behavioral intention. In the field survey, 175 valid survey responses were used to exam the hypothesized structural model, and also validity and reliability. The results showed that the hypothesized model was obtained with a model fit. The results indicate that the satisfaction level of golf tourists is influenced by several factors, including those related to perceived quality and value. But accessibility of service quality was not effect on perceived value. In addition, the results suggest that behavioral intention was influenced by golf tourist satisfaction. This study contains several limitations that lead to opportunities for further research. studying golf tour- ism satisfaction could be complemented by a more qualitative type study, so that the reasons behind satisfaction can be researched and understood in greater depth.. Due to the low number of tourists from other nationalities, the analysis was restricted to Japan. Larger samples of golf tourists will enable comparing a more diverse set of countries that are also important demand markets for golf tourism.

This study purposes to find the factors of working conditions that employees can concentrate on their assigned organization according to the continuously changing hotel environment, and propose practical improvement measures that they could focus on issues and organizations based on the effect of working conditions to organizational concentration and the differences of each department for the relationship between working conditions and organizational concentration according to the working department. The analysis result of the study showed that the working environment of a hotel, that is, personnel affairs and training, payment and welfare, working conditions of hotel employees, and relationships between colleagues have influence in organizational concentration. The implication is the hotel CEO or the responsible person of the personnel affairs should have interest in working environments of employees. Especially, working conditions, payment and welfare had the biggest influence in organizational concentration, and this satisfaction to the working conditions strongly implements that the target achievement pursued by the hotel has the relationship with organizational concentration.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the socio-economic characteristics of foreign travelers to South Korea and suggest the desirable way to increase them. To achieve this purpose we analyzed the socio-economic characteristics of foreign visitors and foreign travelers to South Korea. As a result of analysis there were the significant differences in the sex, the age, the visiting purpose, the channel of travel information, the company, the number of company, the type of company, the type of travel, the total expenditure, the period of staying and the accommodation according to the nationality. We can suggest to make the tour products for women and young ages. And also we suggest to consider the traveler`s interesting, the type of company and the period of staying when the travel agencies make the travel products.

The present study aims to investigate the effects of hotel culinary staff`s knowledge activities on their competitive advantage and organizational commitment and to present relevant implications for improvement and directions that top management and kitchen managers should take. A self-administered questionnaire survey was used to collect data, which was in turn statistically analyzed with SPSS 18.0, followed by Frequency analysis, Cronbach`s alpha, Exploratory Factor analysis, Correlation analysis, Multiple regression analysis and T-test to verify the hypotheses. The empirical and multiple regression analyses found that knowledge activities had significant effects on competitive advantage and organizational commitment. The T-test of management types and hotel classification showed that knowledge activities varied with hotel classification, whereas only knowledge generation varied with management types. Taken together, hotel culinary staff`s knowledge activities exerted significant effects on their competitive advantage and organizational commitment. Notably, the staff in five-star hotels were more eager for knowledge activities than the staff in four-star hotels.

This study was intended to examine the effect of service employees` organizational citizenship behavior on their job satisfaction and toward customer-orientation. To investigate the relationship between these variables, two hundreds and twenty six sample data were derived from a questionnaire survey in two typical brands of coffee shop which are directly operating multi-shops in Korea, and the method of multiple and linear regression analyses were used to analyze the data. The results of this research are demonstrating that the positive and significant relationship exists among the organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction, and customer- orientation. Specifically the employee`s organizational citizenship behavior partially affects their job satisfaction and customer orientation, and the job satisfaction influences the customer orientation. Based on the results, to increase job satisfaction and customer-orientation of employees` in coffee shops, it is suggested that more educational training programs for employees to enhance their citizenship behaviors which boost loyalty to the company and compliance with their policy.

The purpose of this study was to empirically explore the effects of traditional wedding hall`s physical environment on customer satisfaction and their behavioral intention. For this purpose, the subjects of 258 credible questionnaires were collected for an empirical analysis using SPSS. We identified that physical environments of traditional wedding halls such as indoor environment & facilities and human services have positive(+) effects on the customer satisfaction. On the other hand, outdoor environment & facilities don`t have any influence on the customer satisfaction. In addition, physical environments such as outdoor environment & facilities and indoor environment & facilities have positive(+) effects on the behavioral intention. On the other hand, human services don`t have any influence on the behavioral intention.

Purpose of this study is to make sell method for more potential cruise traveler to participate in cruise. Therefore, it need to recognize the factors of hinderance and attitude toward cruise travel from potential cruise consumer. After verifying each construct`s validity, there were 3 obstacles such as internal, personal and structure limitation. Also there were 3 factors of attitude of cruise travel which were cognitive, emotional, and behavior attitude. As the result of hypothesis of this study, personal limitation effected negatively on cognitive attitude, internal limitation effected negatively on emotional attitude and internal and structure limitation effected negatively on behavior attitude. A constraints of the cruise leads to a negative attitude. Therefore cruise company and travel agency should look for way to reduce these constranints.

This study was aimed at inquiring into the effect of perceived organizational support on job satisfaction by carrying out an empirical survey on 331 employee of hotel in Korea. The obtained results were as follows:First, operational support and emotional support had positively significant effect on superiors satisfaction. Second, operational support and emotional support had positively significant effect on colleague satisfaction. Third, operational support and emotional support had positively significant effect on work satisfaction. Fourth, operational support and emotional support had positively significant effect on pay satisfaction. Fifth, operational support and emotional support had positively significant effect on reward system satisfaction. The consequences of this research is presented as follows: operational support and emotional support were important factor on internal marketing on hotel. So, The result implies that the management should pay attention to perceived organizational support.

This study attempted to understand the impact of perceived value of wine by consumer propensity on consumer satisfaction and repurchase intention. This study aims to provide a basis for research on the wine industry and at the same time provide managers and marketers who sell wine with the basic data necessary for establishing an effective marketing strategy. For empirical analysis, statistical package SPSS 18.0 software was used, and frequency analysis, factorial analysis, multiple regression analysis were carried out. The results of the analyses are as follows: First, regarding the types of their purchase of wine, most of them purchased wine in large discount stores and liquor stores, most of their frequency of drinking wine was once or twice in 3 months or once or twice a month. Second, as a result of a descriptive analysis of measured variables, respondents overall showed a value higher than the average in an analysis on the perception of their perceived value of wine, and the respondents who thought that there were various kinds of wine had the highest perception. Third, the moderating effect of the perceived value of wine by consumption propensity on consumer satisfaction and repurchase intention was verified. As a result of the analysis, in the moderating effect of conspicuous consumption on consumer satisfaction, conspicuous consumption in consumption propensity regarding the impact of the perceived value on consumer satisfaction had a partial moderating effect only on social value while in the influence relationship between perceived value and repurchase intention, there was no interaction effect between conspicuous consumption and perceived value.

In this study, we focus on the variable career plateau previous research through the existing concept to organize and cabin crew to redefine the concept of a career plateau called the Employees` attitudes to job satisfaction, organizational commitment, turnover intention was to know the impact on the relationship. Perceived career plateau as well as clarify attitude of the cabin crew on the individual-job suitability, personal-organizational compliance, and individual-team fitness as a control variable effect relationship. First, the airline`s cabin crew career plateau on job satisfaction impact analysis, job satisfaction and organizational commitment negative (-) had significant influence. Second, the airline`s cabin crew career plateau effect on the turnover intention analysis, positive (+) had significant influence. Airline Company required for training and support in terms of crew can do their work uninterrupted progress is achieved and crew need to have characteristics understanding of the organization where they belong to.
