1발달장애유아의 언어행동발달 연구

This article planed to establish the theoretical foundations of the research as a basic study needed for developing the contents of verbal(language) behavior development for the infants with developmental disabilities. The methods used in the study was previous literature researches and interviews with subjects. The purposes of the study were divided into three parts. First, it was to analyze the educational needs of the infants with developmental disabilities in home settings. Second, it was to review and discover the language patterns of the infants with developmental disabilities. The third purpose was to devise the major guidelines of their language development`s contents. The results of the study were described as the followings. 1. The relationships between the infants with developmental disabilities and their parents and their interactions should move to build the developmental attachments between them. 2. According to the literature findings of their language development patterns, Piaget concentrated on the functions of sensory motor environmental exploring in the language behavior development. The functions have been settled down into the important foundation for the infants` development. Thus, it was resonable that the content`s development of the language behaviors for the infants with developmental disabilities should based on the function addressed by Piaget. 3. The language behaviors` patterns of the infants with developmental disabilities generally were classified into motor disabilities and sensory defect(deficiency). Therefore, the two factors should be considered for the constructions of the contents . 4. Constructing the contents of the language behavior developments for the infants with severely pervasive developmental disabilities such as autism, the improvements of two functions, imitative behavior and repetitive simple training should be considered.

The purpose of this study was to examine disabled woman`s vocational realities and to find out problems and to suggest welfare alternative. The concrete objectives of this study were as follows: First, this study examined about disabled woman`s general realities. Second, this study examined about disabled woman`s vocational realities. The method of this study was literature research. Therefore, Korean literature & foreign literature(articles, journals, magizines, books, statistical data, etc.) about disabled woman`s welfare and vocational realties published from the year 1980 to 2000 A.D. were analyzed. The results of this study were as follows: First, there were few systematic researches about vocational realities for disabled women. Second, the majority of disabled woman were in unemployment. Third, the majority of disabled woman employed were in simple labor and limited vocation patters. Fourth, the rate of disabled women`s vocation change were two times of that of general employee, and the first cause of vocation change was low wage. Fifth, the majority of disabled women were confronted with poverty life because of low wage. Sixth, financial support was needed for about a half disabled women. Seventh, disabled women were confronted with differencial treatment and difficulties in employment process. Eighth, disabled women were different from disabled men in areas of individual resoures. Ninth, wage level of disabled women employed was unreasonable. Tenth, support system for both vocation and domeestic affairs was unsufficient. Eleventh, vocational rehabilitation support for sever disabled women was unsufficient.

Social impairment is one of the major identifying characteristics of autism and its presence has been well documented. Even individuals with autism who are verbal and have average to above-average intelligence have significant difficulty understanding or empathizing with the thoughts and feelings of others and therefore, often have problems forming friendships. There are four theoretical models of social impairments in autism and they all. agree with that Children with autism are needed social skill program. Social story are written by parents or professionals to describe social situations that are difficult and/or confusing for children with autism. Each story focus on describing and explaining the social situations in terms of relevant social cues and is written with consideration of a child`s abilities and learning style. These study analysis the effect of Social story through many research literatures about social story program and addresses some suggestions for more successful social story intervention.

In The Newly Revised Seventh Special School Curriculum In march, 2000 there are the guidances of the first developed Korea and English alphabet braille curriculum material for learning the braille. According to this, there is the demand for the overall reviews for the effective guidance of the braille in the education spot. In this study, according to the demand there are the investigations of the outline of the braille dots and the important braille curriculum points and the suggestion of the strategies of braille guidances based on the courses and handicap levels resulting from it. The three step conclusions, which are based on the plan of instruction, guidance of study, method, appraisal, are following as these. First, in the basic steps, there are the cultivation of concentration ability in contacting things and the learners` emotional rest and the promotion of fingers` operative function and tactile perceptive ability. Second, in the introductive step, the promotion of the control though the manipulation of fingers and arms and the tactile recognition of physical stimuli, for example, the position, direction and the shape of placement. Third, in the developmental steps, the cultivation of the ability of fast, correct reading and writing resulting from the instruction acceleration of the function of phonetic representation and ideography composed of the combination of dots.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences the Personality its Types of the Mothers of Mentally Retarded Children or Family Systems in Family Variables. The study tool`s used are MBTI(Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) and FACESⅢ(Family Cohesion & Adaptability Evaluation ScaleⅢ). The study involved a total of 126 mothers of Mentally Retarded students. The students are kindergarten students(30), elementary school students(53), middle and high school students(43). The following conclusion was drawn : The differences on family variables was that the mother`s religion focused on four temperaments. The differences on family variables were the mother`s religion(I), the first instance being handicapped(S), the age of the mentally retarded child(T, J), the moral status of the mentally retarded child(J), the life skills status of the mentally retarded child(J), the social skills status of the mentally retarded child(J), focused on eight trend, but no difference on family variables was focused on in the sixteen personality types. There were differences in the age of the mentally retarded child, the age of the mentally retarded child`s father and the job of the mentally retarded child`s father according to the family variables and cohesion. There was no difference according to the family variables and adaptability. There was a difference on the moral status of the mentally retarded child according to the family variables and systemicity.

Therapeutic educational service is activity promoting education for the whole man, maintainenance of unlimited life, recovery of physiological self-control function, supplement of disability and recovery of life skills. The purpose of this study was to investigate execution plan of selected therapeutic educational service for the student with disabilities. The results of this study were as follows ; First, therapeutic educational service of student centered were promoting education for the whole man and appropriate subject lesson activity and special activity to students with 'unique educational needs' in order to practice an idea. Second, therapeutic educational service of consumer centered should be performed selectively according to individual character of student with disability. Finally, therapeutic educational service of competence centered should be able to perform competence centered selected therapeutic educational service according to feature and degree of severity. Therefore, Therapeutic educational service was education activity. Teacher should practice it through play, exercise, and occupation according to character of student, and carry out instruction slowly, safely, and naturally.

Even though hearing impaired can work and accompany similar abilities at working places with hearing people, traditionally employment figure for adult with hearing impaired have been appalling. Therefore, the schools for the students with hearing impaired have made various curriculums for career education for the students. The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlations between career education and communication modes and abilities of the students with hearing impaired. Two hundred and fifty four students with hearing impaired in South Korea were participated for the survey. Multiple factor ANOVA procedures were utilized to analysis the correlations between career education and communication modes and abilities of the students with hearing impaired from a 30-question survey using five Likert scale. This study concluded that the students with hearing impaired: (a) got positive attitudes toward their career education; (b) who use sign language fluency indicated more positive attitudes toward career education; and, (c) who have positive attitudes toward their family got more positive attitudes toward career education.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the concept of transition education, it`s model, organization, and planning process. The results of this study were as follows : First The transition services should be based upon the individual student`s needs taking into account the student`s preferences interests, which means a change in status form behavior primarily as a student to assuming emergent adult roles in the community. its can be promotes as postsecondary education, adult services, and support in community. Second The result of the ITP program is be needs a shift to the following including outcome-oriented process, school-based service, ITP Planning, a postsecondary education service for a comprehensive transition service phase. Third The process of individualized Transition Planning requires that organizing ITP te am for all transition-age students, holding full transition meeting, implementing of ITP planning, updating the ITP annually, and holding an exit meeting.
