Our economy which requested relief fund from IMF (International Monetary Fund) is in a condition of near collapse due to shortage of reserves of foreign currencies. Securing foreign currency reserves which are in short supply now is believed as a shortcut for overcoming IMF regime and making the nation strong again. However our economic reality of processing imported materials and exporting them again is burdening our economy seriously because foreign currency itself which is required to pay for importation of materials is insufficient.  At this juncture it is required to concentrate our attention to tourist industry, in particular expanding induction of foreign tourists (large scale traveller groups for educational purpose) and examine it more carefully in, consideration of its great potentiality for contributing to our economy through earning substantial foreign currency.  Tourist industry is known as an industry with great ripple effect on many fields including economic one and with higher level of synergic effect than any other industries for this reason countries of the world are competiting for fostering their own tourist industry. In view of such global trend we are also placing emphasis on cultivating tourist industry, designated as a strategic industry, which is superior in terms of foreign currency earning ratio than any other industries. In particular, visiting Korea by large scale traveller groups for educational purpose will bring substantial income in foreign currency and its ripple effect upon our economy is also considerable hence this is a high time for doing our best to increase induction c f such foreign travellers from a national dimension.  In this connection Ministry of Culture and Tourism reaffirmed that tourist industry is a $quot;fourth industry,$quot; and $quot;industry without chimneys$quot; and is making a concerted effort for lifting restrictions and developing new policies. Even the president appeared on television commercial for advertising tourism in Korea thus government is doing its best for inducing foreign traveller to Korea by improving image of the country.  And the purpose of this treatise is to study measure for inducing more Japanese traveller groups for educational purpose to Korea to make more foreign currencies and contribute to economic progress of the nation through eliminating obstacles against inducing such traveller groups through concerted effort by first line workers for implementing government policies, tourism specialists and people working in tourism industry etc. for furtherance of goals of such policies.

Dining area should be large enough to seat diners comfortably without crowding. Distances between tables are sized to enable servers to move through the area while serving and allow diners to eat and converse without being distracted. The shape of the table should be considered in relation to the dining mood to, be created. Round tables tend to promote communications among the diners and may result in a lower turnover but higher check averages. Square or rectangular tables tend to increase turnover and are more efficient in the use of dining space. Counter seating can be used to accommodate single customers and also increase turnover rates. Combinations of tables, booths, banquettes, and counters are frequently planned to appeal to a variety of market segments.  Cashier areas should be placed for ease of access and in consideration of flow patterns. Bars, buffets, wine displays, or other merchandising setups are placed for maximum visibility and exposure to the customers. Estimating the space required for dining area is correlated to the comments to be presented already. But, many of dining areas did not consider Owe arrangement of tables, chaers, and auxiliary furnishings in relation to the space needed for dining area.  Therefore, this study tried to evaluate similar existing operations and make adjustments as needed.

To create consumers in management of a hotel company, it is needed to reach for what is always fresh and corresponding to the trends of the times as well as what produce an atmosphere of popularity toward hotel products, rather than making unilateral and plain advertisement which is persuasive.  Therefore, according to the changing times, the efficient newspaper advertising of a hotel company, first, should function the prompt and deep market analysis from the managerial strategic point of view so that the ads would serve hotel-related information that customers need and cope quickly and properly with any market change.  Second, the ads should grasp the point of the hotels various facilities and products and should be strategic in market segmentation based on it. It means that a hotel is simply not a resort(but a place to enjoy fully).  Third, the ads should connect the hotel`s own facilities, products, services, image, and employees` attitude to customers so that there would be firm public trust in the hotel.

This study is presented the analysis showing that there is an interaction effect between the ratio of ordering to preparation doe and the waiting-time performance of food service process designs.  The objective behind this study is that the model developed and the analysis2 undertaken go beyond simply showing which design is preferred over the other and under what conditions.  As this model application shows, the proposed model enables management to take advantage of demand fluctuations by altering the food service design so as to derive benefits from a simultaneous marketing effort.  While this study provides valuable managerial insights on the issue of service process design, the application of the proposed break-even model requires a careful review of the limitations of queuing analysis.  The main limitation of this study lies in that contigencies do exist for designing food service processes on an ongoing basis. Thus, the next study can build in for the contigencies in food service process design research.

1. Statement of Problem  Now this days, The Hotel industry is development and high society performance.  Hotels are becoming larger and more complex due to the increased traffic and competition. Management demands are increasingly difficult to meet and operating costs are rising at an increasingly rapid rate.  The guest are demanding faster and better service at a time when there is an acute shortage of trained personal. The critical need is to improve operation efficiency and employee productivity while at the same time provide management with faster and more useful information.  2. Methods of this Study  (1) Collected data on hotel computers from various hotel companies.  (2) Gathered the related materials on the hotel computers from books and periodicals  (3) Analysed and evaluated the data to familiarize the reader with the Hotel applications which have been computerized.  3. Conclusions of this Study  The benefit of a computerized Hotel system can be categorized into three general groups;  (1) Increased Information. The first benefit is an increase in the prompt availability of complete and accurate information on the status of the hotel for all employers and employees who use the hotel computer system.  (2) Increased Guest Service. The Second benefit accruing to computerized hotels which should enhance the economic position of the hotel is the potential for improving guest service.  (3) Increased Productivity and Improved Jab Satisfaction   4. Recommendation  In attempting to economically justify a hotel computer system, only benefits that result in a reduction of an expense or an increase in revenue should be considered. These benefits maybe tied directly to additional sales or money saved or they may accrue because of management`s increased visibility of the hotel operation.
