With the development of information communication and the spread of mobile devices, social networking services became available without restrictions on spac-time, efforts are also urgently needed in the beauty industry sector to find marketing methods using SNS. In this study, we sought to obtain prior information on hair beauty services through SNS and to examine the quality and satisfaction of beauty services recognized by visiting beauty consumers. We analyzed the difference in the quality and satisfaction of beauty service according to the usage status of SNS, and found out about the effect of beauty service quality on customer satisfaction. As a result of this study, dimensions of beauty service quality have been shown to be professional, empathic and technical, and customer satisfaction has been shown to be single dimension. It has been shown that there are differences in beauty service quality and satisfaction according to SNS usage status, and beauty service quality has been shown to significant positive influence on customer satisfaction. As a result of this study, the beauty market will need to have various skills, service education, and marketing development training to enhance the quality of beauty services favored by SNS users. Subsequent studies are thought to need to study the quality of beauty services by subdividing the various SNSs used by customers by type.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of brand attitude mediating effect on the emotional response and reliability of the hair salon consumers in order to identify the consumer 's emotional response and to increase the brand attitude and reliability. Self - filling questionnaires were used for data collection. A total of 575 copies of the questionnaires were distributed and 575 copies were collected. Of these, 573 copies were used as the final analysis, except for two copies of the questionnaire which were considered insufficient for analysis. The results showed that the importance of emotional response in salon or brand store was emphasized, and emotional response was increased in order to increase brand attitude and reliability. Especially, emotional and cognitive responses have the greatest effect on brand attitude. To increase the brand attitude through emotional response, the system which can make the customer feel good, the fun and excitement feeling through the salon visit In order to improve the attitude of the brand through a cognitive response to the need for a salon with a relationship and story to feel, it is necessary to raise the customer's response to the facilities, the environment, and the events, prices and information provided in the store It seems to be necessary steadily.

2화장품 소재로서 홍삼식이뇨(尿)의 세포 생리 활성 효능연구

In this study, the cell experiments were carried out using heated urine (obtained through heat treatment of normal urine to remove microbes) and heated urine containing red ginseng (obtained through heat treatment of urine after taking red ginseng extract to increase functionality) in order to use urine as cosmetic material. RAW 264.7 macrophage, B16F10 melanoma, and CCD-986sk fibroblast were used to measure cytotoxicity of each urine sample, and toxicity for skin cells in each urine sample was hardly found. From the result of having measured the inhibitory rate of ROS production in the cells through DCF-DA, it was observed that the inhibitory effect of ROS production in each urine sample was the highest in heated urine containing red ginseng, followed by heated urine and then normal urine. From the result of having measured the anti-inflammatory effect in each urine sample using RAW 264.7 macrophage cell, it was found that the inhibitory effect of NO production (which inhibits the melanin biosynthesis in the B16F10 melanoma cells of each urine sample) was the highest in heated urine containing red ginseng, followed by heated urine and then normal urine. From the result of having measured the level of MMP-1 of CCD-986sk fibroblast cells in each urine sample, it was observed that heated urine containing red ginseng had a significant decrease (61,25%(p<0.01)) in the expression level of MMP-1 at a concentration of 5 μg/mL in comparison to those of normal urine or heated urine. Moreover, the synthesis of MMP-1 concentration-dependently tended to decrease in each urine sample, and the expression level of MMP-1 was most decreased in heated urine containing red ginseng, followed by normal urine and heated urine. Therefore, heated urine containing red ginseng indicates it may have a positive effect on skin improvement and anti-aging. Such functionality enables to play an important role in the development of natural cosmetics.

The purpose of this study pretreatmented lugworm autolysate to bleached hair which was dyed into blue silver color. Bleached hair of one time and twice was dyed into blue silver color, and L*, a*, b*, ΔΕ, K/S index was measured, compared and analyzed to examine retention of color depending on the number of washing times of 1, 10, and 20. After dyeing bleached hair of one time and twice into dark blue silver(8.88) and light blue silver(10.88) to washing until 20 times, coloring and retention of color of dyeing in which L*, a*, b*, ΔΕ, K/S index was higher in the experiment group than in the control group. The results of comparative evaluation of blue silver dyeing were as follows. After 20 times of washing, ΔΕCF(color fading), which is a variation of dye color, was found to be more effective in dye retention with a difference of 44.5% than con in the result of decreased color fading. In addition, the amount of created cysteic acid created through fission of disulfide bond by peroxide in the dyeing process was confirmed to have the restraint function from the pretreatment of lugworm autosylate. This result suggested that lugworm autolysate would be effective as natural ingredient cosmetic material in dyeing of bleached hair with damage.

The purpose of this study is to enhance educational satisfaction felt by cosmetology majors in performing their education, by finding realistic problems of education and providing systemaic and practical cosmetology education for their healthy and enriched life. To do so, this research distributed survey questionnaires to cosmetology majors in their 20s and 30s and used the final 421 copies as analysis data. According to the study results, cosmetology education should identify individual students' practical abilities and provide professional education and environment for cosmetology education. In addition, professors equipped with both theory and practice should enhance the quality of cosmetology education by providing not only fundamental theoretical education but also advanced, upper-level education and practical education. Since this research has limited subjects, it will be able to propose more detailed alternatives by expanding research subjects in the future. It is hoped that this research provides basic data to contribuet to the growth of cosmetology education and bring positive impacts to cosmetology majors.

This study analyzes the differences in recognition of hair dressers' outer images based on the demographic skills of the customers, and aims to provide the basic information of what outer image a hairdresser should mainly possess for the hair salons to satisfy their main customers. For study's methods, the demographic traits and the usage of hair salons by customers were observed along with outer images of appearances, language, and clothing in a demographic manner, with self-administered questionnaire to by further analyzed through SPSS 21.0. As a result, based on the components of outer images such as appearances, languages, and clothing, demographic differences were observed and proved that the different demographics traits differentiated the recognition of hairdressers' outer images, concluding that the recruitment of hairdressers with the images of appearances, languages, and clothing that were preferred and satisfactory was needed as an improvement. To focus on the needed improvement based on the results, the gender, age, and marital status of customers that used the hair salon need to be analyzed and recruitment of employees that have the proper images of language fit for each age group along with their education in the significance of clothing must be conducted.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of expected level on the emotional response and satisfaction of hairdressers, and to present improvement. A total of 306 questionnaires were used as analysis materials, and the study results and suggestions are as follows. The more experienced a hairdresser is, the more professional he is, and practical skills are the most important choices when choosing a hairdresser. Rising expectations for vocationalism and trust have raised positive and negative feelings and increased customer satisfaction. These results are thought to expose the experience and expertise of the technology to increase customer expectations and satisfaction, and for the sake of improvement, the following suggestions are presented. First, it is a way to raise expectations with PR instead of other employees to expose expertise, and second, to make videos that can be easily exposed to customers by showing them in the Internet exposure or in the store space. In further studies, it is thought that the initial research that raises customer expectations can produce meaningful results through symbolic indicators that can demonstrate the expertise or skills of hair salons such as hotels and restaurants.

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of job-seeking stress on appearance concerns and appearance management behaviors in college students. To achieve the purpose of this study, a survey was conducted on 228 students in universities located in Seoul, Gyeonggi Province and Cheonan. The findings of the study were as follows: First, the job-seeking stress of the college students was not that heavy, and they didn't show much appearance concerns or appearance management behaviors, either. The students who were in the higher academic year were under heavier job-seeking stress, and fourth grade students were particularly interested in appearance, and the female students showed more appearance concerns and expressed more satisfaction with their appearances than the male students. Second, job-seeking stress had a significant positive correlation with other orientation, activeness for better appearance, appearance management, appearance concerns, hair management behaviors, makeup behaviors, cosmetic-surgery management behaviors, skincare behaviors, body-shape management behaviors, fashion management behaviors and appearance management behaviors. Finally, jobseeking stress exerted a statistically significant positive influence on other orientation, activeness for better appearance, appearance management, appearance concerns, hair management behaviors, makeup behaviors, cosmetic-surgery management behaviors, skincare behaviors, body-shape management behaviors, fashion management behaviors and appearance management behaviors. Given the findings of the study, information on how to build a positive external image and how to take care of one's appearance should be provided to alleviate the job-seeking stress of college students because job-seeking stress affects appearance factors.

Particulate matter (PM) is a mixture of particles suspended in the polluted air. Recently it was revealed that PM influences upon the biological environment of the skin. It was not well-known about the mechanisms and changes from the keratinocytes exposed with PM. We analyzed the effects of PM on cultured human keratinocyte cell (HaCaT) and human skin fibroblast cell (HS68). PM 10 was exposed to cultured HaCaT cell and CCD.-986Sk cell in various concentrations (10, 50, 100, 250, 500 μg/mL) for 24 and 48 hrs. MTT assay was done for measuring cytotoxicity on HaCaT and HS68 cells. The 24 and 48h exposure of HaCaT cells to increasing PM concentrations (10, 50, 100, 250, 500 μg/mL) changed cell viability. MTT-assay revealed a dose-dependent relation between the level of PM and cellular viability, with a statistically significant decrease after exposure of HaCaT cells. HaCaT cells were more viable compared to HS68 cells incubated with the same conditions. In conclusion, PM10 had a harmful effect on HaCaT and HS68 cells in terms of cytotoxicity.

The purpose of this study is to develop a job - centered evaluation format that meets the demands and level of industry through the development of job domain and evaluation tools at the stage of admission to the hairdressing industry, and aims to improve the adaptability of job to beauty industry graduates. The study consisted of an evaluation committee with more than 50% of the personnel in the industry, and three meetings were held to prepare the job evaluation contents and detailed rubrics. The contents of the evaluation were selected as the most important hair permanent and shampoo in the task of hair beauty application step, and the process evaluation was carried out in four stages of detail including preparatory stage, procedure stage, finishing stage and attitude. As a result of the study, the average of the attitude areas in the four evaluation areas was 8.28 points. 8.17 points in preparation, 8.01 points in procedure, and 7.98 points in finishing. Of the 28 students who participated in the evaluation, 4 of the students were judged to be excellent and 24 were satisfied.

This study conducted a comparative experiment with tap water and electrolyzed hydrogen water to verify whether the facial cleansing with hydrogen water affects facial skins. The experiment tested twenty four men and women, who are from twenties to forties, using tap water for twelve people in the control group and hydrogen water for twelve people in the experimental group, for four weeks. After the four-week experiment, this study could confirm that the hydrogen water facial cleansing was more effective than the tap water facial cleansing for removing skin wastes while sustaining skin moisture from the test results of skin changes thirty minutes after facial cleansing. Compared to the control group, facial skin moisture was 3.71% higher for the experimental group (p<0.05). The amounts of sebum were 51.33% lower (p<0.005) for the experimental group, pH was 8.36% lower (p<0.005) and TEWL was 2.75% lower (p<0.005), respectively. In the case of checking skin changes for two hours after facial cleansing, similar results were found. Compared to the control group, facial skin moisture was 19.48% higher for the experimental group (p<0.05). The amounts of sebum for the experiment group were 36.16% lower (p<0.005), pH was 4.27% lower (p<0.005) and TEWL was 23.82% lower (p<0.005), respectively. Thus, it was shown that the hydrogen water facial cleansing had better cleansing compared to the tap water facial cleansing.
