This study applies importance-performance analysis (IPA), specifically implicit importance, to evaluate the priority of hotel attributes based on sentiment analysis. Based on online reviews on Finnish hotels, we set up 22 hotel service attributes and detected customers’ emotions pertinent to the 22 attributes via sentiment analysis. The results revealed that customers are not satisfied with water, space, view, bathroom, bar, room and drink, but satisfied with staff, buffet, service, sauna, breakfast and location of hotel, whereas reception, shop, facility and restaurant may be less focusing on, and bed, window, pool, and transport are evaluated as low priority in hotel service.

This paper attempts to identify the impact of organizational motivation on organizational performance in the APTDC Ltd., Visakhapatnam Division. The factors of organizational motivation consist of organizational culture, mission and incentives and whereas organizational performance consist of effectiveness, efficiency and relevance. Primary data has been collected from all the nine Andhra Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (APTDC) Units in Visakhapatnam Division. About 362 employees were responded to the questionnaire and considered as sample size to this study. The data has been analysed by using SPSS 17. The result of correlation found a significant, positive and high correlation between organizational motivation and performance of organization. The regression analysis revealed that motivation explains a significant percentage of variability in organizational performance. Further the study explained the impact of organizational culture, mission and incentives on organizational performance.

This research aimed to study, analyze, and propose the planning processes of development of cultural landscapes conservation tourism by local communities in Tha-Uten District, Nakhon Phanom Province. The methodology in this research was conducted by studying from Thai and international secondary sources and related research papers. This research is qualitative which explains the actual situations happening at the day of the study by exploring tourist attractions together with distributing questionnaires. The data were then compiled for an analysis and conclusion in order to propose the methods for tourist attractions development. The findings of this study revealed that the developmental planning processes of this research consists of 6 processes 1) process of exploration and data analysis/ readiness evaluation. 2) Value evaluation. 3) Problems setting. 4) Vision shared setting/policy/strategy/planning/project of tourist attractions development. 5) Operation and proceeding according to the developmental plan or project. 6) Project's result evaluation the development of cultural landscapes conservation tourism by local communities.
This research proposed the tourist attractions developmental methods for development cultural landscape conservation tourism by local communities. It covered the main points which were the cooperation of the community and the hearing of the people's voices which were considered to be important. Afterward, the data were analyzed, synthesized, and proposed the outcomes as methods to anyone who is related to the issue such as the government, private companies and people in the community. This was done for further development of cultural landscape conservation tourism by local communities in Tha-Uten District, Nakhon Phanom Province.

This study focused on the significant differences in choosing a destination brought by the sociodemographics of DLSU-D employees using a theoretical framework formulated in relation to Push-Pull theory. Unlike other studies, this considered all the demographics in examining its differences. Through Analysis of Variance and t-test, income and religion were known to show a significant difference in destination selection. Moreover, the results reveal that international destinations appeal to the respondents the most. The demographics that brought a significant difference in choosing a destination were religion and trip expenditure. In line with this, a Vietnam tour package is proposed.

An industrial city tourism that manages and sells various products and experiences for people who have a wide range of motivations, tendencies and cultural perspectives and engage in a dialectical interaction with the host community. The old and ancient texture of cities due to their existence and the presence of historical valuable elements, proper communication position, the main market of the city and its economic heart, and etc. have a unique value and place in the spatial and functional structure of the city. Historical textures with enduring cultural values are one of the most important fields of development for endogenous development. These textures have characteristics and properties such as: large number of buildings, spaces and memorabilia of the old texture so that old town is distinguished from the periphery and immediate parts of the city and surrounding areas. Among the different regions of the country, the area of the Holy Shrine of Abdulazim in Tehran is of the potential tourist areas due to its historical dating and the abundance of attractions, as well as the diversity in its texture. Therefore, the main goal of this research is development of tourism in the historical texture of the shrine of Hazrat Abdul Azim. Descriptive-analytical method was used in this applied-survey study.
The analytical method of SWOT was used to answer research questions and to provide a strategy for tourism development. For this purpose, a list of strengths and weaknesses, as well as opportunities and threats was prepared adjusting the strategic factors in order to extract SWOT matrix and provide the approaches derived from these analyzes as solving strategies regarding strengthen of the range. In addition, it can be concluded with a systematic view over the weaknesses and strengths as well as the existing opportunities and threats, that there are more strengths and opportunities available in this field, which must be exploited using the strengths and existing opportunities. The results obtained from the evaluation of the factors affecting the tourism development of the historical texture of the Hazrat Abdul Azim Shrine using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) model showed that the importance of the AHP technique, 6 main criteria and 23 sub-criteria based on the calculation of the relative and final weights among the evaluated criteria, historical and cultural attractions have the highest significance with coefficient (0.199), respectively.

This research evaluates the competitiveness of tourism in An Giang province by applying the diamond model of Michael E. Porter. The analysis includes findings of (i) factor or input conditions, (ii) demand conditions, (iii) related and supporting industry, and, (iv) context for firm strategy and rivalry. The analyzed model shows that the tourism sector in An Giang duplicates the offering of other destinations, and the spiritual tourists make up a majority of tourists. Also, the tourism in An Giang targets the low end of the market, and competition in the tourism sector is mostly price - based completion. Therefore, the research recommends that the local government should improve the business environment bye enhanced infrastructure, education and promotional campaigns.
