1일 대학 간호대학생의 취업 선호도 조사

본 연구는 간호대학생의 취업 선호도를 파악하여 간호대학생들의 취업과 관련된 올바른 진로지도 방안을 찾고, 병원 고용정책 마련에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시행되었다. 연구 대상은 J도 소재 D대학교에 재학 중인 간호대학생을 476명이다. 자료 수집은 2019년 4월 8일부터 2019년 4월 26일까지 자가 보고식 설문지를 통해 수집하였고, 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 24.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 간호대학생은 직장 내 분위기와 인간관계, 급여의 적절성 항목의 점수가 높았으며, 희생과 봉사 정신의 발휘할 가능성의 항목의 점수가 가장 낮게 나타났다. 일반적 특성에 따른 취업 선호도는 성별, 학업성취도, 임상실습 경험에 따라 차이가 있었다. 따라서 간호교육 기관에서는 간호대학생의 취업 선호도를 고려한 진로 설계 및 프로그램이 운영되어야겠으며, 병원과 같은 노동 수요자 측면에서는 미래의 간호사인 간호대학생의 취업 선호도에 대한 정보를 수집하여 이를 반영한 근무환경을 개선할 필요가 있겠다.


This study was conducted to find the right career guidance plan related to the employment of nursing college students by grasping the employment preference of nursing college students and to provide basic data necessary for preparing hospital employment policy. The subjects of this study were 476 nursing students attending D University in J province.Data were collected through self-report questionnaire from Apr. 8, 2019 to Apr. 26, 2019, and the collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and t-test using SPSS/WIN 24.0 program. As a result of the study, nursing students had the highest score in the atmosphere, human relations, and appropriateness of salary in the workplace, and the lowest score in the possibility of sacrifice and service exposition. The job preference according to general characteristics differed according to gender, academic achievement, and clinical practice experience. Therefore, nursing education institutions should operate career design and programs considering the employment preference of nursing college students. In terms of labor demanders such as hospitals, it is necessary to collect information on the employment preference of nursing college students, future nurses, and improve the working environment reflecting them.

Purpose: This study is a descriptive study to compare and analyze biomedical ethics consciousness and attitudes to withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment for nursing students and non-nursing students. Methods: For this study, 208 nursing students and non-nursing students in the C area were analyzed, and the data collection period was from October to November, 2018. Data were analyzed using the SPSS 24.0 program with frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, χ²-test, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. Results: The biomedical ethics consciousness of nursing students and non-nursing students was 2.64±0.38 points and 2.74±0.30 points, respectively, with statistically significant differences (t=-2.24, p=.026). Attitudes toward withdrawal of lifesustaining treatment were 2.71±0.35 points and 2.69±0.40 points, respectively. There was a negative correlation (r=-.29, p=.003) between nursing students’ consciousness of biomedical ethics and withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment. Conclusion: As a result of this study, tailored biomedical ethics education for nursing students and non-nursing students should be continuously provided for rational decision-making on withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment.

Objectives: It is important for nursing students to properly establish the caring behaviors awareness in order to become a competent and professional nurse in the future. This study was to examine the effects of nursing professionalism, caring efficacy, and ethical sensitivity on caring behaviors in nursing students. Methods: The subjects of this study were total 205 nursing students in universities located in D Metropolitan City. Data were collected from September 2 to 30 in 2019 by using self-reported questionnaires. The data were analyzed by using statistical package the independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression analysis with IBM SPSS 25.0 program. Results: The mean score of ethical sensitivity was 4.40±0.42, caring efficacy was 3.69±0.33, nursing professionalism was 3.57±0.40, and caring behaviors was 4.04±0.49. There were significant differences in biomedical ethics awareness by grade and satisfaction of nursing major. The influencing factors on caring behaviors in nursing students were ethical sensitivity (β=0.44, p<0.001), nursing professionalism (β=0.18, p=0.005), grade (β=0.18, p=0.006), and caring efficacy (β=0.16, p=0.006) which explained 31.1% of the variance. Conclusions: These results highlight the importance of developing caring behaviors in nursing students and the need to develop intervention programs that can enhance their nursing professionalism, caring efficacy, and ethical sensitivity should be considered.

본 연구의 목적은 Q 방법론을 적용하여 간호대학생의 삶의 질에 대한 인식유형과 유형별 특성을 파악하는데 있다. 이에 본 연구는 32개의 Q 표본을 추출한 후, 41명의 간호대학생들을 대상으로 2020년 8월 10일부터 14일까지 Q 분류를 수행하였다. 분석결과, 본 연구는 4개의 유형을 얻었다. 1유형(경제적 여건 만족형)은 문화생활이나 여가활동을 하면서 스트레스를 해소하고, 현재의 경제적 여건에 만족하는 유형이다. 2유형(고군분투형)은 자신의 필요를 충족시킬만한 경제적 여력이 없고 일상생활을 위한 에너지도 불충분하며, 학업 스트레스는 많으나 자신의 성적에는 만족하는 유형이다. 3유형(신체적 건강 만족형)은 면역력과 신체적 건강상태가 좋아서 일상생활에 만족하는 유형이다. 4유형(전공 집중형)은 통학수단이나 성적에는 불만족하지만 전공 선배로부터 유용한 정보를 얻으면서 생활하는 유형이다. 본 연구의 결과는 간호대학생의 삶의 질을 높이는 맞춤형 프로그램 개발에 유용한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.


This study is to intend to examine how nursing students recognize their quality of life and to verify the characteristics of their recognition by applying Q methodology. We selected 32 Q sample questions from Q standard. We conducted our study with 41 nursing students to categorize the types of Q between August 10 and 14, in 2020. After the analysis based on Q methodology, we were able to categorize them into four types: 1-4. Type 1 nursing students who have financial capability tend to enjoy leisure and take care of themselves. Type 2 nursing students who do not possess financial capability tend to be stressful of their pursuing academic achievement and less energetic, whereas mostly accept their current grades. Type 3 nursing students mostly focus on their physical health and high immune tend to be satisfied with their daily life as well. Type 4 nursing students who are under hardship in their personal life however who have nurses as role models in their life, either relatives or acquaintance, tend to continue their academic pursuit in nursing program. This study provides great quality of data to any universities or any nursing program developers who design unique nursing program to motivate students.

본 연구의 목적은 남자 간호대학생의 군 복무 후 학과 적응 경험의 의미를 현상학적인 방법을 통해 심층적으로 분석하는 데 있다. 본 연구의 대상자는 C시의 C대학교 간호학과 남학생 10명을 대상으로 군 복무 후 복학을 한 2학년, 3학년 학생들이다. 연구 방법은 심층 인터뷰로 2020년 9월부터 2020년 12월까지 자료를 수집하였다. 자료는 Giorgi의 현상학적 방법으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 남자 간호대학생의 군 복무 후 학과 적응 경험의 의미는 학과 생활의 어려움, 적응을 위한 노력, 학습동기 증가, 미래진로에 대한 성찰로 나타났다. 따라서 남자 간호대학생들의 복학 후 학과 적응을 돕기 위하여 입대 전부터 군 복무 후 복학 등의 과정에 따라 복학생들의 적응을 위한 간호학과와 학교 차원에서의 지원이 마련되어야 할 것으로 생각된다.


The purpose of this study is to describe in-depth the meaning of male nursing students’ experience of adaptation to department after military service through phenomenological methods. The subjects of this study are 2nd and 3rd year students who returned to school after serving in the military for 10 male students in the Department of Nursing at C university in C city. The research method was in-depth interviews, and data were collected from Sept. 2020 to Dec. 2020. Data were analyzed by Giorgi’s phenomenological method. As a result of the study, the meaning of the experience of adaptation to the department after military service of male nursing students was found to be difficulties in academic life, efforts for adaptation, increased motivation for learning, and reflection on future careers. Therefore, in order to help male nursing students adjust to their department after returning to school, it is thought that support at the department of nursing and school level should be provided for the adjustment of returning students according to the process from before enrollment to military service and then returning to school.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 진학동기와 진로희망 구체성 등 개인적 요인이 대학생활적응 및 진로소명에 어떠한 효과를 갖는지 구명하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 목적 달성을 위해 전북지역 K간호대학의 재학생을 대상으로 연구자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 M-plus 8, SPSS win 23.0 프로그램을 활용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Chi-square test, 잠재프로파일분석(Latent profile analysis) 등으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 자발적 진학동기에 의해 진학한 간호대학생은 그렇지 않은 학생보다 대학생활적응 수준 및 진로소명 수준에서 유의미한 차이를 보였고, 간호계열의 구체적 직무를 희망 진로로 선택한 간호대학생은 그렇지 않은 학생보다 진로소명 수준이 높았다. 간호대학생의 대학생활적응 유형은 4개로 군집화 되어, 각각 ‘사회-정서 집단’, ‘균형적응 집단’, ‘건강취약 집단’, ‘정서취약 집단’으로 명명하였다. 간호대학생의 대학생활적응 유형은 자발적 진학동기와 유의미한 차이를 나타냈으며, 진로소명 수준에서도 유의한 차이를 보였다. 구체적으로 간호대학생의 진로소명 수준은 사회-정서집단에서 타 집단보다 높아, 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 사회적으로 적절한 관계를 맺고 감정적으로 적응하는 학생의 진로소명이 높으므로 이를 지원해야 한다는 점, 건강은 진로소명을 갖는 데 제약이 되지 않을 가능성이 높고, 정서적 적응이 중요하다는 점 등을 결론지었다. 이러한 결과 및 결론을 통해 간호교육 및 간호대학생 진로 데이터 분석에 주는 시사점을 논의하였다.


The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of nursing college students’ personal factors such as motivation of entering college and concrete of career hope on college adjustment and career calling. To achieve the purpose of the study, research data were collected from students at K nursing colleges in Jeollabuk-do, Republic of Korea. Collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Chi-square test, and latent profile analysis using M-plus 8 and SPSS win 23.0 program. The results showed that nursing college students who entered with spontaneous motivation of entering college showed significant difference in college adjustment level and career calling level than those who did not. Also, students who have made concrete career hope had higher level of career calling than those who did not. The study identifies four types of college adjustment for nursing students, namely ‘Social-emotional high’, ‘Balanced high’, ‘Physically weak’ and ‘Emotionally weak’. The college adjustment type of nursing college students was significantly different from that of spontaneous motivation of entering college and also at the level of career calling. Specifically, the career calling level of nursing college students is higher for those in ‘social-emotional high’ than in other groups. Based on these results, the study concludes that the career calling of students with socially appropriate relationship and emotional adaptation should be supported as they have higher career calling. Also, there is a high likelihood that health status has no constraint on having a career calling, while emotional adaptation is crucial for it. Based on these results and conclusions, implications for nursing education and career data analysis of nursing college students were discussed.

7국내 간호대학생을 대상으로 한 간호윤리 연구의 통합적 문헌고찰(2011-2020)

본 연구는 국내 간호대학생을 대상으로 하여 간호윤리 문제를 탐구한 논문들을 통합적으로 분석하고 평가함으로써 향후 간호대학생 대상 간호윤리 연구의 나아갈 방향을 모색하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구 방법은 Whittermore & Knafl이 제시한 통합적 문헌고찰 방법을 사용하였으며, 국내 간호대학생의 간호윤리와 관련된 연구의 일반적 특성, 주제 및 주요 개념, 측정 도구 특성, 게재 저널 관련 특성, 연구 동향을 문제로 규명하고자 하였다. 국내 5개 데이터베이스에서 ‘간호’, ‘학생’, ‘윤리’, ‘도덕’의 단어 조합으로 검색 결과, 2011부터 2020년 9월까지 246편의 논문이 확인되었고, 이 중 선정/제외 기준 및 Hawker 등(2002)의 문헌 평가지를 이용한 질 평가 결과에 따라 92편의 논문을 최종 분석하였다. 연구설계는 조사 연구가 75.0%로 대부분을 차지한 것과 비교해 중재 연구는 16.3%, 질적 연구나 트라이 앵귤레이션 연구는 각각 2.2% 수준으로 매우 제한적이었다. 연구 주제는 윤리의식(37.9%), 윤리적 이슈(18.1%), 윤리교육(16.4%), 전문직 윤리(11.2%) 순서로 많았으며, 주요어는 생명윤리, 윤리, 도덕적민감성, 비판적 사고, 윤리적 가치관, 교육, 전문직관 등이 가장 많이 사용되었다. 측정 도구 분석 결과 88.2%가 선행연구에서 개발된 도구를 그대로 사용하였고, 논문이 게재된 저널의 유형은 학제간 연구 저널(47.8%), 간호학 저널(27.2%), 윤리 관련 저널(10.9%) 순서로 많았다. 연도별 논문 수는 2015 년과 2018년을 중심으로 대체로 증가 추세를 보였으며, 2015년 이후 윤리적 이슈와 전문직 윤리에 대 한 관심이 높아진 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 종합하면 다양한 주제와 연구설계를 활용한 간 호윤리 연구의 질적 향상 및 간호윤리 고유의 지식체 축적과 개발이 필요하겠다.


This study was conducted to determine the current state, and future directions, of research on nursing ethics for nursing students in Korea. The study analyzed and evaluated original research articles that explore nursing ethics issues for Korean nursing students using the integrative literature review method proposed by Whittermore and Knafl. Five Korean databases were searched with queries that combined the terms ‘nursing’, ‘student’, ‘ethic’, and ‘moral’. From the 246 articles published between 2011 and September 2020, 92 were finally selected based on the inclusion criteria and data evaluation. According to the analysis, descriptive studies(75.0%) were the most common designs of article and ethics awareness(37.9%) was the most common research topics. The most frequent keywords were ‘bioethics’, ‘ethics’, ‘(moral) sensitivity’, ‘(critical) thinking’, ‘(ethical) value’, ‘education’, and ‘professionalism’. Most of the research instruments used had been developed in previous studies(88.2%), and the types of journals in which the research was published included those in interdisciplinary medical fields(47.8%), nursing(27.2%), and ethics(10.9%). The number of articles per year has been increasing, especially in 2015 and 2018, and interest in ethical issues and professional ethics has also increased since 2015. This article argues that in order to improve the quality of nursing ethic sresearch, related research should be carried out using a variety of research designs on a wider range of topics, and further develop the knowledge specific to nursing.

8간호대학생의 MBTI 성격유형에 따른 의사결정유형, 비판적사고성향 및 셀프리더십

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify decision-making styles, critical thinking disposition, and self-leadership according to Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) personality type in nursing students. Methods: The sample consisted of 200 nursing students. Data were analyzed descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe, and Pearson correlation analysis. Results: According to the MBTI preference index, Rational decision-making style was significantly higher in thinking (T), the intuitive style was higher in extroversion (E) and intuition (N), and critical thinking disposition and self-leadership were higher in intuition (N) and thinking (T). There were significant differences in decision-making styles, critical thinking disposition, and self-leadership by MBTI functions. The dependent decision-making style was higher in SF type and NF type, the critical thinking disposition was higher in SF type, and NT type and self-leadership were higher in NF type and NT type. Decision-making styles, critical thinking disposition, and self-leadership in nursing students had a significant correlation with each other. Conclusion: In this study, there was a statistically significant correlation between MBTI personality type in nursing students and their decision-making styles, critical thinking disposition, and self-leadership. Therefore, when planning a nursing education program, it seems necessary to adjust the program regarding the students’ MBTI personality type.

9간호대학생의 간호전문직관 영향요인: 전환충격과 무례함 중심으로

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand the correlations between transitional shock, incivility and nursing professionalism among nursing students. Methods: A total of 143 nursing students completed transitional shock, incivility and nursing professionalism, using structured questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using the t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. Results: The results showed that nursing professionalism was significantly correlated with gender (β=.20, p=.001), major satisfaction (β=.44, p=.007), clinical practice satisfaction (β=.45, p<.001), transitional shock (β=-.20, p=.012), and incivility experienced (β=-.18, p=.021) among nursing students. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop a plan for reducing individual satisfaction with clinical practice and the transitional shock of nursing students. It ultimately may increase nursing students’ nursing professionalism. In addition, a strategy is needed to reduce incivility among nursing students by creating positive educational environment in clinical practice through cooperation between schools and training institutions, and to strengthen desirable nursing professionalism.

10간호대학생의 자기효능감, 의사소통능력, 공감능력이 자아탄력성에 미치는 영향

Objectives: This descriptive study was conducted to identify the effects of self-efficacy, communication ability, and empathy on the ego resilience of nursing students. Methods: The participants were 184 nursing students in South Korea who have experience in clinical practices. Data were collected from November 20 to December 7, 2019. Descriptive statistics, t-test, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and hierarchical regression were used with IBM SPSS/WIN 22.0 Statistics Program for data analysis. Results: The mean score was, for self-efficacy, 3.46 for communication ability, 3.81 for empathy, 2.54, and ego resilience, 3.50. It was found that there were significant differences in ego resilience depending on the grade (t=-2.58, p=0.011) and personality (t=-3.25, p=0.001). There was a significant positive correlation between self-efficacy, communication ability, empathy, and ego resilience. The significant variables which influence ego resilience were self-efficacy (β=0.30, p<0.001), communication ability (β=0.20, p=0.018) and, empathy (β=0.18, p=0.010) were found to be the factors that influence ego resilience with the explanation power of 32.4%. Conclusions: In conclusion, these results suggest a need to increase the efforts of nursing schools to increase the ego resilience of nursing students. It is necessary to develop and apply ego resilience improvement programs based on self-efficacy, communication ability, and empathy for nursing students in college.
