1한국노인운동의 키워드 네트워크 분석을 통한 연구동향 (1995~2019년)

The study aims to identify the research trend centered on keywords most frequently used in research on elderly citizens with the topic of exercise based on domestic academic journals published. Keyword network analysis based on network algorithm was used. For the network text analysis, the SNA package of the R program(version 3.5.3) was adopted to extract major keywords based on the frequency and to identify the connectivity between them. As a result, it turned out that the number of research on senior exercise has been steadily increasing since 1995. Major keywords used were: “elderly”-562 times(28.3%), “elderly women”-377 times(19.0%), “exercise”-281 times(14.1%), “body composition”-159 times(8.0%), “combine exercise”- 143 times(7.2%), “physical fitness”-122 times(6.1%), “balance”-107 times(5.4%), “depression”- 99 times(5.0%), “lipid”-99 times(5.0%), and “resistance exercise”-88 times(4.4%). Also, the result was reanalyzed based on the four major diseases seniors develop gotten from the keyword network analysis. Among the 331 thesis papers on obesity, 48.0% included the keyword “body composition,” 6.9% included “BMI,” 4.2% included “body fat,” and 3.9% included “% body fat.” Also, among the 285 papers on falls, 26.7% included “gait ability,” 24.2% included “fall,” and 18.6% included “BMD.” Among the 218 papers on depression, 45.4% included the keyword “depression,” 33.9% included “QOL,” 20.64% included “self-efficacy,” 9.2% included “self-esteem,” and 7.34% included “life satisfaction.” Meanwhile, among 126 thesis papers on dementia, 17.5% included the keyword “cognitive function,” 13.5% included “BDNF,” and 6.3% included “MMSE-K”. This result of keyword network analysis will be able to serve as the primary data for researchers studying the exercise of aged citizens when establishing an academic system. Also, by emphasizing the importance of elderly workouts, it will be able to work as a bridgehead for policy support in a bid to make the exercising habit a part of their daily life, and ultimately contribute to the development of physical training.

The purpose of this research was to verify the effects of major satisfaction on career preparation behavior of physical education major students. To achieve the goal, A total of 239 samples were used for a data analysis. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability verification, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted with SPSS 21.0 ver. statistical program. The results are as follows.
The higher the satisfaction with the physical education major, the higher the level of career preparation behavior. This confirmed that major satisfaction of students majoring in physical education is an important variable influencing career preparation behavior.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of motivation for participation of campers on leisure commitment and psychological enjoyment. 259 campers have had camped out in Gyeonggi-do and Chungcheongnam-do are surveyed for this study. First, motivation for participation of campers influence on leisure commitment. Second, motivation for participation of campers influence on psychological enjoyment. The purpose of this analysis was to verify the relationship between Taekwondo centre service quality and behavioral intention. To achieve the goal, a total of 272 questionnaires were distributed to Taekwondo centre in Sichuan, China. Conducted frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability verification, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis by utilizing SPSS 24.0 ver. The results are as follows. First, programme and human resources factor of Taekwondo centre had effected on re-visit intention of behavioral intention. However physical environment of Taekwondo centre service quality had no effect on re-visit intention. Second, physical environment and programme factor of Taekwondo service quality had effected on oral intention of behavioral intention.

The purpose of this research is to verify the relationship the effect of leisure life style, leisure function of university students. To achieve the goal, A total of 243 samples were used for a data analysis. Conducted with frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability verification, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis with SPSS 21.0 ver. statistical program. The results are as follows.
Leisure education that can provide unique information on leisure activities and develop rational leisure activity plans is necessary to university students, and the optimal benefits and leisure activities that can be obtained through leisure experiences if the formation of various relationships is established through participation in leisure activities. It will be able to help you establish the correct values for the leisure.

The study investigates the effect of drinking sports drinks before or after the Taekwondo game on the muscle damage and physical strength of the Taekwondo players. This research was conducted on 10 high school Taekwondo players divided into two groups, and subjects participated in two experiments. The first experiment, the body composition examination, and the first physical fitness test were conducted as a preliminary inspection. The second experiment was the leading research that done the second physical strength test after the subject drinks the sports drink before or after the game. The result first showed that when the muscle damage was compared after they drank the sports drink before and after the competition, there were significant differences in measurement duration in CK and LDH, but there was no difference between groups. The analysis on physical strength after they have sports drink before and after the match exhibited a statistically significant difference. The intake group showed 7% and 2% enhanced performance in flexibility and speed, but there was no group contrast. Therefore while intake of sports drinks before or after the Taekwondo game does not after recovering the muscle damage, it can improve performance in some aspects such as speed. However, it is insufficient to intake enough moisture needed, and there is a limit to generalize this result due to the lack of the number of the subject engaged. Thus, the following research on the effect of moisture supplement according to the exercise intensity and duration with the enlarged experiment group is required.

In this study, 20 middle-aged women were selected as subjects to find out what effect the instrument Pilates exercise had on the body composition and health fitness of middle-aged women. Through the analysis before and after exercise, it was conducted with the necessity and purpose of developing an exercise program for health promotion in the middle age with an instrument Pilates exercise, and a conclusion was made based on the research results.
The body composition effect of middle-aged women who performed the instrument Pilates exercise was insignificant, and had a positive effect on improving health and fitness.
In summary, instrument Pilates exercise is an exercise that can help middle-aged women maintain their body shape and improve their health. The part about the existing Pilates exercise was an exercise using a mat or props. Furthermore, if various variables and subjects are selected and proceeded in the follow-up study for the effect of instrumental Pilates, it is considered to be an exercise that can be more effective and long-term exercise will lead to a healthy middle-aged and energetic old age.

This study analyzed children's physical fitness, physical activity, and stress according to their degree of obesity targeting 131 children aged four to five. The result of this analysis will provide basic data important to studies related to children's life style, exercise capacity, and childhood education.
In terms of children's basic physical fitness, health-related physical fitness elements―total body endurance, muscular strength, flexibility―were measured, and with regard to their technical physical strength, power, balance, and agility were measured. Their physical activity was measured using pedometers, and the stress levels were measured with an analysis of α-amylase, which was a non-invasive way.
The results are as follows.
According to the review of difference in physical fitness according to their's degree of obesity, there was a significant difference in physical fitness and power on the right and balance on the left. The review of difference in basal metabolism according to their degree of obesity showed a significant difference.
The review of difference in their degree of obesity and levels of stress showed a significant difference. It was found that the reason why they did not exercise at home was because of fine dust (29.2%) and apartment noise complaints (29.2%). Multilateral efforts to help children form a habit of exercising are required.

The purpose of this study is to investigate how participation in 8-week swimming and resistance exercise programs affects changes in health fitness and physical development, targeting male college students in the exercise group(n=9) and the control group(n=9). In the exercise group, strength, muscle endurance, cardiopulmonary endurance, and flexibility were all increased as physical factors, showing statistically significant differences. There was no significant difference in physical strength factors in the control group. The results of this study were found to have a positive effect on the health and fitness factors (muscle strength, muscular endurance, cardiorespiratory endurance, flexibility) in the exercise group when swimming and resistance exercise programs were conducted for male university students for 8 weeks. In a future study, a long-term swimming and resistance exercise program will be planned over a longer period of time, providing basic data to male college students and establishing necessary swimming and resistance exercise programs to maintain and promote health to male college students We intend to present an efficient exercise program by constructing a program to lead a healthy life.

In the era of untact, non face-to-face class increased gradually at new education environment. This study examined teachers' experience at non face-to-face practical class of physical education to get material for practice of the class. The subject of experience was five persons who attended class of practice of physical education by random sampling at “S” college and “C” college in Chungcheong do in the second semester of the year of 2020.
The findings were:
First, practical class of physical education was done by using contents to require teaching talent and to have technology of contents production.
Second, researchers had difficulties at mutual reaction with students. Immediate feedback of subjects and activities was given to students and to do learners oriented teaching.
Third, educational management standard of the class was required.

This study aims to investigate the effects of self-esteem of disabled people with cerebral palsy who participate in sports activities on social support and life satisfaction, and to help activate sports activities of people with cerebral palsy, leading to a healthy life through continuous physical activity. The purpose of this study is to provide the ultimate solutions that can lead to enjoyable social lifestyle to people with cerebral palsy who participate in sports. In order to carry out this study, 253 of the disabled with cerebral palsy who live in the country over the age of 18 and attended 2019 national competition were selected. The data was analyzed using SPSS 20.0, which included frequencyanalysis, Cronbach's alpha, reliability analysis, descriptive analysis, t-test, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The conclusion through this study is as follow. Firstly, there was significant difference between self-esteem, social support, life satisfaction and education level, participation period, degree of participation according to the general characteristics of disabled people with cerebral palsy. Also, there was no significant difference in gender and age. Secondly, it was found that self-esteem had a positive effect on social support. Thirdly, self-esteem had a positive effect on life satisfaction. Fourthly, it was found that social support had a positive effect on life satisfaction.

The purpose of this research was to verify the relationship between indoor climbing service quality and exercise adherence. To achieve the purpose, a total of 169 questionnaires were distributed to indoor climbing participants in Chongqing, China. Analyzed with frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability verification, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis by SPSS 24.0 ver. for windows. The results are as follows. First, physical environment of indoor climbing service quality effect on confidence factor of exercise adherence. Second, physical environment and human resources factor of indoor climbing service quality effect on goal achievement of exercise adherence. Third, program and human resources factor of indoor climbing service quality effect on encouragement factor of exercise adherence.

The purpose of this study is to exploratively highlight the effectiveness of the leadership frame of the Taekwondo gym workers, the director and the master focused on the leadership model advocated by Bolman and Deal.
To attain this purpose, the author developed necessary questionnaire items based on his own experience as an operator of his gym. Main constructs comprised variables such as leadership frames, stressors, leadership effectiveness, individual and job resources. As a result of the verification about four research questions using 153 questionnaires data, author found that the only human resource frame among the four leadership frames had a significant impact on the trust and respect, effective achievement of goals, and also on the self-esteem as added dependent variable.
Despite these results, the study found that the quantitative method of questionnaire has limitations, and that even the leadership theory and model proven through repeated research by general business firms can produce heterogeneous results when applied to the special situation of Taekwondo Gym.
Therefore, it is necessary to promote generalization by conducting research on applying the leadership frame model to more diverse situations, including Taekwondo practitioners and related organizations.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of body image perception on psychological happiness and self-efficacy by examining the body image of college students majoring in dance. To achieve the purpose of this study, a survey was conducted on 447 college students majoring in dance. The collected data was analyzed through frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 18.0 program. The results derived from this process are as follows. First, as a result of the correlation analysis, it was found that there was a correlation in all factors except for a part related to task difficulty of self-efficacy. Second, among the body images of college students majoring in dance, weight and appearance had an effect on happiness and satisfaction, which are sub-factors of psychological well-being. In addition, among body images, health, weight, and appearance influenced self-efficacy, which are sub-factors of self-efficacy, and only health and weight influenced the task difficulty factor. In conclusion, the body image of college students majoring in dance was acting as a major variable influencing psychological happiness and self-efficacy.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of low temperature immersion on stress hormones after exercise in 20 male Taekwondo athletes enrolled in university. For data processing, using SPSS ver. 21.0 statistical program, the mean(M) and standard deviation(SD) of each subject and each variable were calculated, and an independent sample T-test was conducted to examine the significant difference between group. All statistical significance levels were set to .05, and the following results were obtained. The results obtained according to the research method are as follows. first, there was no difference in the concentration of norepinephrine and cortisol among stress hormone variables in low-temperature immersion decreased in the concentration of epinephrine among the stress hormone variables. In conclusion, post-exercise low-temperature immersion increases the homeostasis of metabolism, which seeks to recover quickly after exercise and exercise, and thus, it is considered that better performance can be improved. Therefore, it is judged that a follow-up study that expanded and applied the variable in the future id necessary.

In recent years, the number of people participating in skiing and snowboarding has declined. Therefore, it is necessary to check the desired factors of winter sports participants. The purpose of this study is to increase the winter sports population by analyzing the participation psychology of skier and snowboarder participants in order to eliminate the circle where the ski resort population continues to decrease. A total of 328 sheets were used for the analysis. SPSS 25.0 program was used to analyze the validity, reliability, and MANOVA. As a result of MANOVA analysis, snowboard class participants showed higher levels of enjoyment, sense of achievement, physical condition, social excitement, cognitive commitment during sports immersion, and continuous participation intention than participants in ski classes. Based on the results of this study, the ski manager must provide a suitable structure for snowboard participants to enjoy, and a place to practice the trail technique, and create a photo zone for various performances and memories. Furthermore, if these structures are provided, the satisfaction of ski participants is also expected to increase.

The purpose of this study is to find out how stress indicators that impede the function of exercise and functional physical strength, which have the characteristics of sports climbing events, affect sports climbing athletes through intensive core exercise. It consisted of a total of 8 weeks, 4 times a week, 80 minutes a day, and the intensity of exercise was divided into 1 to 4 weeks and 5 to 8 weeks to set the intensity. The data processing was conducted by 8 elite sports climbing athletes registered in the Korea Sports Association, and the following conclusions were drawn from the contents of the results measured before and after exercise. There were statistically significant differences in muscle strength, muscular endurance, and quickness in the functional fitness factors of sports climbing athletes. In addition, there was a statistically significant difference in the change of the stress index of the exercise group of sports climbing athletes. Putting the above results together, as a result of intensively performing core exercise on sports climbing athletes, it was shown that the result of physically reducing stress indicators and increasing functional physical strength. If you set an appropriate period during the rest period, training period, competition period, and recovery period, it will be an exercise program that can help improve performance by obtaining better results.

To achieve the goal, A total of 283 samples were used for a data analysis with frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability verification, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis with SPSS 21.0 ver. statistical program. The results are as follows.
The physical and psychological health, social cultivation, experience of achievement, and low burden of class of the enjoyment factors of university physical education class were found to have a significant impact on cognitive and behavioral commitment of exercise immersion. Experiencing enjoyment in class will influence for active participation in class activities and promote exercise immersion.

The purpose of In this study, 20 soccer club students were selected from a M University in Gyeonggi province to participate in VIPR (Vitality, Performance, Re-conditioning) compound training across 8 consecutive weeks. 10 participants were randomly allocated to the experimental group and 10 participants were randomly allocated to the control group.
The aim of this study was to investigate and proved a more effective training method for athletes by exploring their changes in technical and functional abilities through functional motion tests. This included examining participants' maximum strength, endurance, flexibility, agility, power and athletic equilibrium.
Both the control and experimental group were subjected to an exercise program that they were required to complete twice a week, 50 minutes each session. Each exercise session included front lunges with upper cuts, lunge to single leg balance, push ups, front squats with shoulder press, ice skaters, side lunges and single leg reaches. For the experimental group, aspects from VIPR compound training were further added to each session including lat pull downs, front raises, deadlifts, lateral raises, barbell rows and bent over lateral raises.
In conclusion, considering the sport characteristics of soccer, we perform the training for each compatible position, It is considered that it is better to perform the complex training that combined the viper training to improve dynamic strength and technical fitness needed during the game.

The research analyzed data of male and female adults and seniors to identify how physical activities (non-smoking, non-drinking, normal body weight, adequate amount of sleep, breakfast, regular exercise) affect muscular strength based on the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES) and the result was as follows:
First, seniors were more engaged in physical activities than their counterparts, where females showed higher figures than males. In particular, for adults, females were less smoking, drinking alcohol, and maintained normal body weight than males, while males were having more breakfasts and workouts regularly. For seniors, females showed fewer behaviors regarding smoking and drinking alcohol and had more breakfasts, while males showed higher figures for normal body weight, adequate sleep, and regular exercise.
Second, for each health behavior's relationship with grip strength, male adults with normal body weight and females adults with normal body weight, sufficient sleep, and regular exercise exhibited significantly high grip strength. In terms of seniors, both males and females with normal body weight and regular exercise showed significantly high grip strength than those who did not.
Third, both males and females, regardless of age (adults and seniors) that engaged in the overall physical activities, showed significantly higher grip strength than their non-physically-active counterparts.
As a result, adults and seniors of both genders showed high grip strength when having normal body weight and conducting regular exercise among health behaviors. Also, engaging in the overall health activities was also linked to high grip strength in all groups. Hence, it is considered that health behaviors on top of workouts can positively affect muscular strength. Also, further research on multiple ways to boost engagement in health activities is needed, with an identification of relevant factors of both genders. Furthermore, this research suggests identifying intermediary and regulatory factors such as the demographical characteristic and more in-depth stage-wise analysis of health behaviors.
